Managing Director Master Keith Gray has over 30 years experience in martial arts.  He holds the rank of 6th Degree Black Belt in Shotokan and Kenpo Karate, and has recently been promoted to 4th Degree Black Belt in kickboxing.  Keith is also a regular columnist for Combat magazine and was inducted into the Combat Hall of Fame in 2006.  He can now be seen traveling to many cities of the world teaching his arts.  The list of previous clients is endless, armed forces; prison service; nursing staff; door supervisors to name but a few.  As the afore mentioned are at the cutting edge of real conflict, realistic skills must be achieved.

Andy Pilborough - Skinner has over 20 years experience delivering high quality training packages to corporate customers. Former UK Sales and Training Manager with multinational companies Minolta and Memorex, Andy has designed and presented bespoke training to leading UK companies including Dixons Stores Group, Jessops and Boots. Holder of a Third Dan black Belt in Kickboxing and Freestyle Karate, Andy also runs a highly successful Martial Arts organisation offering a unique schools program.
